ARE THE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
Absolutely. All items undergo a rigorous verification process to ensure originality and quality, providing our customers with the opportunity to find unique pieces that stand out for their style and history.
Please note that all vintage items have been previously worn and may have stains or signs of wear. However, any significant damage will be photographed and/or mentioned in the item description. Please note that interior damage is not always photographed or shown.
Keep in mind that vintage clothes are second-hand clothes, their past makes their character!
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We respond to all emails, although response times can sometimes be very short. We ask for your patience as we strive to reply as quickly as possible.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
We use major carriers and local partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method when confirming your order.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
GOODSapes strives to process orders within 24 business hours of purchase. Delivery is usually made within48/72hours depending on the date of fulfillment and method of shipment.
For orders from Europe, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days from the fulfillment date. For international orders, allow a delay of between 3 and 12 working days depending on the destination.
ARE SHIPPING COSTS FREE?
For deliveries to relay points, the choice of relay point will be made once the order and payment have been validated.
- free delivery in France 🇫🇷, Belgium 🇧🇪, Spain 🇪🇸, Luxembourg 🇱🇺 to relay point within 3 to 5 working days (Express home delivery available at >€6.90 in 24 hours)
- Delivery from €5.90in 🇪🇺 Europe within2 to 5 working days.
- Delivery between 3 and 12 business days internationally 🌍, fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for any reason. Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since we received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned and shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and undamaged.n
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE?
Yes, return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, they will not be refunded.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. At each stage of delivery (Processing, During delivery, Available at collection point, Delivered) you will be informed by email.
We advise you to check the details of your initial order confirmation, as the shipping confirmation email will be sent to this address.
